It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Wood deck area shared with other unit #1 , private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed. The little ghost town has a new and modern 7-11 that is well stocked and sells fresh pizzas as well as wings....
