A Charentais farmhouse in its own juice. Old materials such as old stones were preserved during the renovation. The comfort of underfloor heating has been added. The gîte comprises of: a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 sleeping areas and a separate bedroom. The living room sofa can turn into a bed Parking and Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included. Kids friendly, children's games and books can be added on request for your children's enjoyment.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay.

Detached house in a small hamlet of a few houses, very quiet and conveniently located between Barbezieux (13 km), Jonzac (16 km), Pons (24 km), Cognac (22 km), Angoulême (46 km), Saintes (44 km). The accommodation has been recently renovated, the interior of the house is nickel but the facade is in anticipation of development. We live in the same hamlet, and are available for assistance if needed in case of emergency.
