Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

At Casa Lopez, we stayed for 1.5 months as 5 adults, a child, and a dog. Occasionally, we were up to 10 people, but space was never an issue. The villa is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. The mountain road to the villa adds charm, and the place feels comfortable and safe—even accessible with a Fiat 500. The villa is more spacious than the photos suggest. Rafael, the host, showed us all the amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, and game room—all in perfect order. We also worked from the villa using the internet without any issues. The area is picturesque, close to beaches, mountains, and towns, with plenty to do. The hosts are very kind and helpful, even recommending a mechanic when needed. After 1.5 months, we still felt their warmth and friendliness. Leaving Casa Lopez was emotional for us. So, I recommend the villa for vacations, as well as a place where after work you can open some wine and jump into the pool. I wish everyone an equally wonderful stay.

We had a really great time in Madre Tierra. Rafa welcomed us and was really helpful for any request we had. The house is comfy, calm and with a great view, close to nice mountain paths. Totally recommended. Thanks again Rafa!

We had a fantastic weekend in Monte Naturivo! The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature and is the perfect place to relax. Everything was absolutely clean and very well maintained - you can see how much love is put into every detail here. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool, the relaxing hammam and the beautiful yoga room - ideal for switching off and feeling good. The hostess was incredibly friendly and warm, we felt welcome from the first moment. Monte Naturivo is truly a special place that we can highly recommend to everyone.

We loved our stay at the cottage, it was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. But the best part was the beautiful surroundings and the amazing pool - perfect after a hot day in Ronda! We would definitely recommend.

Just retuned from a 1 week stay at the Cassita! Lovely and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and plenty to do if you’re happy to drive. Our two children loved the pool too. Kila was very responsive and friendly and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks again.

We stayed here for 4 weeks (family of 3) and it was the most wonderful holiday! So peaceful and quiet, well equipped house and a lovely pool. The beds are really comfortable and the aircon in the bedrooms was brilliant. Cómpeta is a beautiful town and worth a visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

This cottage with swimming pool (and jacuzzi!) on top of the mountain in Coín is really a paradise. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation. The road to it is spicy, but once you are, this is the perfect base for trips to Malaga, Ronda, Marbella, Granada,...

We had a wonderful week at casa Fuentezuelas. The house and it’s surroundings were even more beautiful than the pictures showed. Breathtaking view and very peaceful. The house was very clean and charming and had everything we needed.

This was one of the best holidays we have had. The mountains are incredibly beautiful, the town is not too far away, Malaga is great for beaches, town, restaurants, shopping and history! Juan is very friendly and happy to help and manager Jenni is always on hand to answer questions and visit to make sure that everything is going smoothly. The pool is compact but still wonderful for a dip at any time. It is clean and very well maintained. The terrace is beautiful to sit at all times. This is a wonderful place. Thank you for our stay!

The space is gorgeous. Everything is optimal and visually very appealing. Upon arrival, the fire in the fireplace was already turned on and the reception was very friendly. I can only warmly recommend the place and will be happy to come back. Unfortunately, I was not lucky with the weather but it was also wonderful to read a book and find peace. Monika

The house was great - very spacious for four of us. The location is about 10 min from the end of the Caminito del Rey - we parked in El Chorro and appreciated not getting back on a shuttle bus to get to our car. The views are amazing and 360 around the house. It was hot weather while er were there but the AC works great, and plenty of shade by the pool. Groceries are not close by so stock up before you arrive! Juan was a great host!

The place is magnificent, in a very quiet area to disconnect and rest and a pool to cool off from the heat. There are very cool nearby villages to visit. The house is very well located on a hill. The first time it was a bit of a hassle to find it and get there by car, the last stretch is not paved. In our opinion, it would be necessary to renovate something in the house, as it would make it more welcoming. In general, I would repeat a place to enjoy and very nice and attentive hosts to any suggestion or inquiry.

A gem in the middle of the hills surrounded by nature. The location of the house is simply wonderful. You have a 360-degree panoramic view. The pool is flat at the front and 2 meters deep at the back so you can jump in easily. The area offers many seating and lounging areas to relax. The house is charmingly built in the Spanish style and very clean. There is nothing missing, whether electric orange juicer, coffee machine, etc. Everything necessary is available. About spices, aluminum foil, shampoo, shower gel, garbage bags, toilet paper, towels everything was available in sufficient numbers we did not have to buy anything. We felt completely comfortable. The city of Colin is 5 km away. There you will find a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, which we also appreciated. Jesus is a very nice, accommodating landlord who is immediately available for any problems or questions and provides remedies. Thank you Jesus for such a beautiful time in your house.

We stayed at this beautiful place for four days. The village is secluded and only accessible via a bumpy road. But you are in a beautiful hiking area and have a great house away from the hustle and bustle. Right next door is a small restaurant with nice Belgian owners. It's even nicer than the photos. Overall, great recommendation.

I cannot recommend Catalina as a host, highly enough. Her place is spotless, beautifully, decorated, and practical. It has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room , to the bedroom. It is a peaceful, beautiful, serene place to stay So much so that I often did not want to leave it. Catalina is extremely responsive as a host and anticipates all of your needs. As a host myself, I appreciate all of her efforts and recommend her place very highly.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The house is very cozy with all you need to prepare meals at home if you wish. The views over the Ronda countryside were stunning, and the garden surrounding the house was also delightful. Ronda city is just a 15-minute drive away.

Quietly located in the hills around Alcoucin, William and Simone's cottage hides under the smell of the bougainvillea and the shade of the surrounding olive trees. A true oasis an hour's drive from the beautiful city of Malaga and the charming Torre del Mar. The cottage really offers everything you need. Fast WiFi connection, a beautiful bedroom with great bed, a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette and not to mention, the beautifully located swimming pool. We spent four nice days there and will definitely be back. Hans and Frankie

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the apartment (studio) by the pool. Tastefully decorated, with everything you need to enjoy a carefree holiday. What a wonderful stay! The communication before and during our stay was very smooth, fast and pleasant. We were met on arrival at the agreed place by Gert & Bruno, from where they escorted us to the higher location where we were given a tour of the site by Gert. What a service! And on top of that, what a beautiful view. Upon arrival, a bottle of cold bubbles, eggs from their own chickens and quails, as well as lemons that came in handy for the salad and the Vermouth. Gert gave us great tips on what to do in the area, including for our trip to Malaga. And we enjoyed the four lovely dogs, each with their own character. We felt very much at home. Thank you for the flexibility and great time in your paradise!

We were looking for peace and quiet and that’s what we found! We appreciated the environmental concerns, water conservation and recycling. We were very happy with the simplicity of the house and the great restaurant recommended to us by Maria. Due to the hear we couldn’t do as much walking as we had planned but we were comfortable in the house with air-con and on the gorgeous shady terrace with hammock, loungers and table. I would love to go back in the winter and sit writing at the desk, walking the trails, and enjoying local food and wildlife!

Elena is very friendly and helpful. She also gave us good tips, for example how to park for free in Málaga. We enjoyed staying in their apartment very much. It is very quiet and a little further away from the town of Cártama. It is small, as described, but completely sufficient. We loved the garden in the evening at sunset and in the morning at breakfast. Thanks for the time!

This is a beautiful, unique, peaceful spot, with a wonderful history, and an excellent restaurant at your doorstep.

We had a fantastic vacation at Antonia’s house in Viñuela. The view and location exceeded our expectations — even better than in the photos. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodates six people. The outdoor area is generous, with a lovely veranda, outdoor kitchen and a marvelous view over valley and hills reaching into the ocean. The property is easy to access, fully fenced, and gated for added security. The ocean and hiking areas are within short range. All amenities are exactly as described. Communication with Antonio was excellent — he is a friendly and attentive host. We would highly recommend this house; it offers great value for the price.
