A stone's throw from Herröskatan Nature Reserve, rich flora and observation towers, some fortress ruins from the Russian era 1809−1917. Short walk there or use the rental bikes. Sturdy "tree house", toys for about age 5-10.

The cottage has three bedrooms and a living room/kitchen, perfect for families or friends who want to spend quality time together. The plot is large with lawn and several patios perfect for dining or relaxation. On the beach, there is a wood-fired sauna and a private dock. Two-person kayak and SUP board are available to borrow for those who want to explore the lake from the water. The cottage is about 30 minutes from Mariehamn.

Välkommna till att koppla av i detta nyrenoverade (vintern 2026) boende vid havet i Torsholma/Brändö. Stugan ligger 50 m från klipporna och du har fri tillgång till bastu, som kan avslutas med ett dopp i havet från badstegen från bryggan. I hyran ingår lakan och handduk. Är man ett större sällskap kan man också hyra den gula stugan. Gemensamt med Gula stugan finns fiskrök, grill och lusthus. Det finns möjlighet att hyra roddbåt. Stugan ligger ca 2,5 km från Hummelholms färjfäste.

Welcome to Lunsberg! Here, life is quiet and close to nature. Light a fire in the wood sauna, warm yourself by the fireplace and let the days go by. The cottage is about 50 sqm with kitchen/living room, bedroom, a generous loft and large terrace. Perhaps the best view of the plot can be found on the outdoor toilet, which is located just behind the cottage. Down by the sea, there is a sheltered jetty if you want to get to Lunsberg with your own boat or just swim after the sauna.

Mangårdsbyggnaden är från 1890, totalrenoverad 2021 och fullt modernt i gammal stil, tänd en brasa i spisarna sätt dig i gungstolen och njut av stillheten. Huset har en skäl som andas lugn och ro. Eget fiskevatten ingår du kan även lägga nät enligt värdens anvisningar. Trädgården är stor och bjuder in till lek och grillkvällar Nära till båthamn, butik, busshållplats, Långnäs hamn. Mattas in Finby

At our farmhouse Mattas in Finby, Sund, we can offer a rural and cozy accommodation with 4 beds (two single beds and a sofa bed). It is an apartment on the second floor from the 50s that we have carefully renovated to keep the old-fashioned feel. On the farm there are many different animals (cows, horses, chickens and sheep) and our farm dairy (Mattas Gårdsmejeri). During July, we open a café during the day (11am-5pm).

Åland, Sund charming house near Kastelholm/Bomarsund

The cottage (Fridhem), which was originally a bakery, was moved from a small village to its current location in the 1950s, when it was also rebuilt into the current house. The cottage is located on highway 2, in between Kastelholm and Bomarsund, about 5 km in each direction. Bus stop is close, 25 km to Mariehamn. There are bike paths nearby, beautiful forest roads as well. See my guide for tips.

Experience the real sense of archipelago living at our remote cabin. You will have access to your own stretch of smooth red granite beach and an uninterrupted view of the Åland wilderness. Your only neighbours will be the sound of the sea and the occasional eagles that swoop overhead from time to time. Getting to the cabin is easy by car or bike from Mariehamn.

This spacious cottage of about 75 m2 with a cozy living room including fireplace, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage is located in a beautiful and scenic environment. A large part of the plot is fenced, which gives the four-legged family members the opportunity to enjoy the vacation at least as much as everyone else.
