A 40 m2 studio located on the ground floor of my house. Kitchen area (hotplate, fridge, microwave, mini oven, washing machine)) bathroom 2 sinks, toilet and shower. In front of the studio, access to a private outdoor lawn of 100 m2, equipped with garden furniture and a summer kitchen: gas barbecue grill, gas stove with gas oven.
