Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. L'appartement est simple sans prétention mais très calme au bord d'une ruelle pavée à l'ancienne.C'est un bon pied à terre pour visiter la vallée de la Drôme la drôme provençale ou une simple soirée étape pour les travailleurs . Le studio est doté d'un canapé convertible , au confort ferme ,qui peut servir occasionnellement de couchage (120/170 cm )pour 2 jeunes enfants voire un adulte

Après de long mois travaux réalisés moi-même, c’est avec plaisir que je vous accueille dans mon duplex coloré et idéalement situé en plein coeur du centre historique d’Aubenas. Sa situation au dernier étage et sa configuration en duplex lui apportent un charme particulier entre vue sur les toits, sur le clocher de l’Eglise et surtout sa belle luminosité. Sa belle hauteur sous plafond et ses poutres en bois foncée sauront vous plaire, j’en suis certain! Bienvenu.e.s !

The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. One fully closed with double bed and one with 3 single beds (sheets provided). A covered and private wooden terrace with garden furniture. Large wooded lot with valley views. Large secure parking.

The tout'enbus line serves the residence and makes it easy to get to the town center of Aubenas and Vals les Bains.
