In 2018 we restored this building with an elegant and modern shop "Maison Billard" Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie and the birth of apartments. "Le Scandinave" functional and well-equipped with neat decoration is located in the heart of our city that degorge from culinary discovery, historical not to mention our Ardennes forests.
