Had wonderful days! Nice cottage and a nice area. Definitely recommended :) Bed a bit on the small side for two people so we slept separately, for us not a heavy weighing point.

Great stay! We enjoyed the garden, which is fully fenced and very large. We bbqt every night and in the evening we could light the fireplace. The beds are nice, I would bring my own pillow next time. The bathroom and kitchen are new and very clean. There is a bakery within walking distance where you can also buy bread and croissants on Sundays. Furthermore, there is little to do in the village, but that doesn't have to be because just staying at the house is already cozy enough. Definitely recommended with dogs, friends and kids!

Very warm welcome from the host. Compliant with photos and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very nice outdoors. Close to a very pleasant greenway through fields and along the Meuse. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, on arrival as well as on departure, was impeccable. Ideally located accommodation for visiting the hospital. Very well equipped, clean, we did not miss anything. Quiet in the evening (Saturday evening). The bedding is good, we enjoyed the fan. The cafe downstairs closes at 8 p.m. and does not interfere at all. If we had to come back to Charleville we wouldn't hesitate to come back to your place. Thank you very much.

Very functional and pleasant house Perfect

Beautiful, well-equipped, simple apartment. Everything was available, the Internet was sufficiently fast, the beds were very comfortable. Parking is available right in front of the house. The immediate surroundings were not so beautiful, but we liked Givet. I would have preferred a normal table instead of the billiard. The small table in the kitchen is not very pleasant to eat together, would not be sufficient for 4 people.

We were able to spend 4 nights at Marie-Claude's: the apartment is quiet, clean and Marie-Claude was very caring. We will be happy to come back.

This accommodation was perfect, an indoor and free swimming pool in the campsite, games for children, bouncy castles, a pond for swimming 10 min walk. It was super comfortable with everything you need. Thank you very much

Very good stay in the chalet! Small problem on arrival, not the fault of the owner who found a solution very quickly and did not affect our stay. Close to a small welcoming village! Very nice inhabitants. Lots of hiking to do without using the car. Everything is in compliance at the campsite! Small restaurant that we recommend, cheap and excellent!! Thank you!!

Very friendly, flexible and very responsive host. The cottage is comfortable, although a little small for 4. Three was very good. Very clean, well-equipped accommodation close to a restaurant, swimming pool and forest. The cottage is also close to Chimay and Charleville Mézières. In short, a good option for a relaxing weekend with the family.

We've had the best time! Such a lovely house and such a lovely host, always available if you have any questions. the place is perfect to go with kids.. and even our dog was welcome! To have the jacuzzi was a very lovely addition to the house. We've been using the BBQ every night. The Internet is not working that well.. but as long you can enjoy the outside that should not be a problem.. A place to enjoy!

Great accommodation for a (long) weekend away, definitely when the weather is in your favour. Max 4 people as the gite is cozy. We were a family with two kids.

2 nd time booked due to overnight stay from South France. Beautiful surroundings and slept wonderfully.

We had a great time! Lots for the kids and adults to do on site and the lake down the road was beautiful and quiet considering the weather was lovely. Only downside to the location is if you want to go to something not on site then you have to drive as there isn't much within walking distance. The Hosts were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of places to go. They also suggested geocaching which we have never done before but we all enjoyed. Great family holiday!! Thank you

Nestled in its small green setting, this house is very spacious and well equipped. The Vieilles Forges lake is easily accessible on foot and is very well equipped. We had a lovely and relaxing family time. Beds made on arrival and towels and linen provided allow you to travel light.
