Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Gångavstånd till Åre torg, liftar, tågstation, ICA etc. Boendet: Lägenheten består av två sovrum med en dubbelsäng i ett av dem och två våningssängar i det andra. Max 6 personer i lägenheten. Kök med diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med TV. Övrigt: Parkering finns. Bastu finns att boka i en gemensam lokal i föreningen. Sängkläder ingår ej. Städning sköts av dem som hyr. Wifi finns ej.

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for whole weeks.
