Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.
