In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

I princip ski in/ ski out med endast en gångväg på 100 meter till skidbackarna i Tegefjäll / Duved (ingår i Åres liftsystem). 300 meter åt andra hållet hittar ni restaurang, livsmedelsbutik och skidbussen in till Åre (i drift under skidsäsong). Herbret och bastun är en rekreationsupplevelse! Herbret ligger 80m från Åresjön, 10 m från sjön står bastun, 200m ligger skidbacken vm8. Bussstation 200 m som tar dig till bykärnan. Annars går det bra att gå ca 1,3 km, ca 20 min promenad. Skiduthyrning SkiStar ca 500m. Ingår INTE lakan. Två 90 cm sängar. Bra att veta! Tåg rälsen ligger nära, ljud av tåg några gånger per dag/kvällar. Under din vistelsen kan bastun hyras ut till grupper av värden Fia, hon kommer kommunicera det med gästen.

Welcome to our newly built (2021) apartment located right on the mountain edge at one of Åre's most popular lifts, the Sadelexpressen. Here you have ski in/ski out right outside the door. In the evening, you can light a cozy fire in our fireplace or warm yourself in the sauna. From the balcony, you have a view of Renfjället. Private parking and Wi-Fi included. Age limit 25 years, party people are asked to stay away.
