Holiday rentals with beach access in Argao

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

“Superb lodging experience!” My husband and I stayed at Nook Oasis and it was a great value for money. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and Nanay Cita and her husband were friendly and accommodating. It comes with a balcony where you can lounge and chill while enjoying the fresh air. You can also ask Nanay Cita for a motorcycle rental to roam around Panglao city proper & beach area. All in all, a truly exceptional stay!

I cannot thank you enough for taking such great care of my parents. They had a wonderful time exploring Bohol and truly enjoyed the restful stay at your place. My father especially loved his early morning dips at the nearby Hinagdanan Cave. Easy access to local transportation.

The house is big for 6 person and well accomodate si ms joy.. also she endorse us to the guard so we can easily get enter in the subdivision

Great location, 2 mins away from the beach! Close to a lot of restaurants. Looks better than the photos, so spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedroom and kitchen/living room area have aircon. There is also a place to hang your wet clothes outside. There are 2 kuyas downstairs that help you with whatever you need. Thank you Lily, Kuya Nal and Kuya Jun! Definitely recommend this place 😊

Preciana was very quick to our inquiry offer assistance whenever we need them. If you are looking for a place that is away from the busy panglao this is the place. Close to Tagbilaran and 16 minutes away from Panglao. I'll give credits to Juvelyn the care taker who is always ready to help when we need something, and to Preciana who is very active and always reply to my messages even during late nights. They also have rental motorbikes so it makes our stay easy to get from places we like to go. They also offer a pick up from the airport just let Precy know she's so eager to help all her guest. Once again thank you Precy for having us for a month. 🙏🙏

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

Great place to relax and hang! It's simple, private and peaceful. Had a beautiful sunset view and very convenient access by the sea.

The charged bill of the electrcity is understandable since the rate of the electric company is quite high. all in all my experience in the place is so far great. Place will recharge you sea windy breeze, view is amazing and the place is so solemn my mind is full charge. Thanks jake and ate erma all in all the price is justified the electricity bill.

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

This place is awesome for traveling families, who wants a peaceful place a bit far from the city and close to south of cebu. I suggest this place for groups with their own vehicles to easily travel in or out of the subdivision.

The residence management had organised a water interruption for a week, without notifying to the homeowners until the water had been cut. Imagine coming back to the house without any water. Vanessa was kind enough to allow us to use the drinking water and replaced the same the next day. Next day morning, Vanessa had arranged for 3 big drums for us to store water for our uses whenever the water supply was interrupted. Vanessa had met us early on check in day even when are arrived at 8am. Need to have transport like tricycle to get from main gate to the house as it is on a sloppy terrain. Otherwise we thank vanessa for the help and assistance during our stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Just a heads-up: the property isn’t located right on the main road in Basdiot, so you’ll need a vehicle or can easily hire a trike to get around. There’s also a public beach within walking distance from the house, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience!

The house was great. May kitchen, malinis yung bahay, may trashcan sa kitchen, kwarto at sa labas, may washing and dryer din, malaki ang CR, may sala and big table to eat with friends. We had coffee sa labas since meron silang veranda and we love how peaceful it is kahit along highway sila. Ms Apol and Ate Rowena is so helpful so talagang di kami nahassle lalo na sa pag check in at check out. Sulit talaga at napaka accommodating kahit na on that day lang kami nagbook. Im so thankful po. i'll recommend this place sa friends ko hahahahahahaha.
