Holiday rentals with a patio in Argentina

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires metro, markets, restaurants and sights nearby. The place is very nice and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

The victory space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Tamara is a great host, she always responded quickly and was a great help in making our experience excellent. The house is a dream, with everything you need to spend a few days in a beautiful setting surrounded by vegetation and views of the mountains. They were very thoughtful, they welcomed us with fruits that the local trees give us and they left us firewood to light the stove. It's definitely a place we'll be back to!!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay with a small group. The house is clean, nice, and very close to the national park. The hosts, Jonatan and Cintya, are incredibly responsive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Time and time again, they met us with constant communication on things like working the stove, doing laundry, and finding ways to get around. The space comfortably sleeps four, any more than that would be pushing it. Everything is clean, easy to access, and so peaceful!

The truth is that my wife and I have no words of gratitude, we were looking for rest and that's what we got. Sergio's kindness, neatness and willingness make the stay better. The house is a 10 in every way. If you're looking for a getaway to rest, relax and unwind, this is the place. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful and tranquil place. Ideal for clearing your mind and spending a moment of disconnection in the Mendoza mountain range. It is located in a very good spot, two minutes from all the stores and far enough away to make the stay pure relaxation.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The place is amazing! Carita welcomed us and was super friendly and affectionate. The place is amazing. It is truly a refuge in the middle of Patagonia. Easy access to the Chico circuit (which is right next door) 20 min from downtown Bariloche, and incredible scenery. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

It was our second stay in the apartment and, once again, everything was impeccable! The space is very clean, well-equipped and with an excellent location and view. Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
