The Count of Foix's suite in the Château de Mézerville

This is the most prestigious suite in the castle! We imagine that this is where Count Gaston Phébus, owner of the castle in the 14th century, slept when he came to hunt in Mézerville. His successor in the 15th century was Jehan d'Aulon, Joan of Arc's squire, which allows us to imagine Joan of Arc coming to the Château de Mézerville and to this room of honor!
