Cozy barn apartment

Get away from it all and relax in a cozy barn apartment surrounded by the beauty of the country. We have recently restored an over 100-year old barn and converted the old stalls into a small apartment (600 sq ft). If you want to experience the beauty of nature in a unique place, this is the place for you. We use the barn to store hay for our cattle. We have Wagyu calves in the adjacent corral. In addition to cattle, we have a pecan orchard, 2 other farm houses for rent and pine trees.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

Victory Suite This is the original suite in our 100 year old stables. The den is all stone with a cathedral ceiling, a wood burning fireplace & leather furniture. Includes separate full kitchen and king bedroom adjoining the bath with clawfooted double slipper whirlpool tub. TV's are in the bedroom and den. Nice view of the horses from the covered porch and if you like just step over to the fence and feed the horses an apple or two. 700 sq ft

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
