Our property is located in Bentonville, Arkansas and just steps away from world-class mountain biking trails. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath is designed to entertain and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. The screened-in patio is nestled next to a beautiful spring-fed pond and creek, while the outdoor space offers a perfect setting to enjoy the glow of market lights and a warm fire.

Escape to a one-of-a kind countryside retreat-an artfully repurposed ostrich barn set on 40 private acres of peaceful, natural beauty. Spend your days exploring & hiking nearby trails or venturing out to mountains and crystal-clear streams or fishing in the private large, stocked pond with a pedal boat for fun. There is also a firepit with firewood included for evening relaxation and good conversation. Back at the barn, unwind in your own saltwater hot tub under the stars.

Victory Suite This is the original suite in our 100 year old stables. The den is all stone with a cathedral ceiling, a wood burning fireplace & leather furniture. Includes separate full kitchen and king bedroom adjoining the bath with clawfooted double slipper whirlpool tub. TV's are in the bedroom and den.
