Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Adjoining room separated by curtains & furnishings, not walls/doors. Includes a twin daybed w/pop-up trundle that makes it a king. Sits on 20 fenced acres w/secure gated entry, fire pit & fishing pond that won’t disappoint!

Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Rustic digs on acreage Near Mt Hebron Park, Rogers

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area, Walmart AMP, Osage house and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Tanyard Creek | Waterfall · Bike In/Out

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Women of the Woods

Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

The Loft - Mt. Views & Close River Access (0.7)

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
