South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

The living room has a pull-out sofa (150cm wide) which sleeps 1-2, a 55" UHD TV, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Children don't pay extra guest fee

Downtown Basle is reachable by tramway within 15-20 minutes. free tram and bus-ticket shall be provided by host. There is a living room, a separate sleeping room, bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for this flat. As it is in a old house, quite noise-sensitive, it is not suitable to be used as a "party location" :-)

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

I had a great stay. Johannes and Gaia were very friendly, respectful and accommodating. They communicated well and everything worked as planned. The room was clean and pleasantly cool, the surroundings very nice and quiet. The room is simple, but offers everything you need for a quiet night.

Jessica and Michael are very nice and accommodating hosts. The accommodation is ideally suited for a visit to Basel. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and has very good public transport links to the city. The nearby supermarkets are very quick and easy to reach on foot. I can only highly recommend Jessica and Michael's accommodation!

It is a huge, comfortable room with plenty of space. Comfortable bed, work table, sofa, dining table and you still have plenty of room to move around. The huge and perfect bathroom, door to door with the bedroom. All together at the entrance of the house, which gives a lot of privacy, both to Thomas and to the tenants. I thought it was an ideal place to visit Basel. Very good location, very quiet, with lots of light... we spent a week there as if we were at home.

The room absolutely met our expectations. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Only towels and possibly a broom for a quick "intermediate cleaning" would have been nice. But we had the first one with us anyway. We did not meet Stephanie, but she sent us all the necessary information and information about the area in advance. The location is truly unique! From the sun loungers in the garden, which we were kindly allowed to use, you have a wonderful view over the surroundings, as the house is located above the municipality on a slope. The last 200 meters of arrival are quite steep, but at most by bike. In about 10 minutes, you can walk to the center. There you can find some nice restaurants and shops. So everything is fine and absolutely recommended. Thank you and best regards, Heidi and Markus.

Iris is an outstanding host. She was very responsive and helpful in pre-stay communications, and welcomed us warmly upon arrival, giving us a comprehensive tour and explanation of the house. Even dealing with a misunderstanding on our side she was very flexible and the most helpful in figuring out a solution. The house is in a beautiful, quiet and upmarket neighborhood 30mins door to door from Messeplatz via tram which was a very nice and manageable commute, and we felt very safe especially having contrary experiences staying in Kleinbasel in the past. The beautiful garden and friendly cat were a bonus we enjoyed very much. Accommodation and the whole house was very clean and well-kept. We also could not have asked more with Iris's offer of daily breakfast which was super fulfilling. We were also treated to a fondue dinner in the garden on the eve of our departure which was such an amazing way to conclude our stay!
