Amazingly Simple 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom BASEMENT

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. My home is 10 minutes from Clarendon and 8 minutes from DC. You might be able to check in early, please message me first.
