Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Many thanks Lily!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Wow wow wow. What a beautiful home to stay in. The view is unreal. I enjoyed staying here very much. The big perk is you can walk to all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with wonderful view

The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Spent a week at Ana and Fabiano's place. Great apartment at the end of a side street so very little foot or vehicle traffic. Close to many restaurants. Well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Ana was very communicative which was great. The bed was very comfortable and they had a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the view and fresh air. Would gladly stay here again.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!

Dudu was awesome!! Everything was clean and impeccable. From check-in to checkout, he was always available to assist us. Not to mention the incredible location of the suite, the breathtaking view and everything so close. We could walk to everything. Thank you very much for your attention and flexibility, Dudu.
