We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Near the condominium there is a pharmacy, restaurants, a small supermarket and a great snack bar (Sukão) easily accessible at 60 meters.
