House overlooking Ararat near the airport

I reserved the place for my mother-in-law. She was happy with the apartment. The hosts were nice and friendly and did everything as we agreed for! We will reserve it again if we need to!

Wonderful apartment - so comfortable, stylish, cozy! Great view to Ararat from one window and to the city from another. Super fast landline internet. Great shower. If you need a quite place in Yerevan to work from home, it’s perfect. It’s a bit outside of the city, but there is less noise and pollution so it’s actually a positive. Plus it’s relatively close to the airport which makes it a great place to be if you need to travel.

Luxury Villa in Yerevan 3-этажная Вилла в Ереване

ShahabRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The place was very good, cozy and big with a nice yard, but more importantly Gevorg is a very helpful and friendly host and a very nice and kind guy who does his best for the guests. Always trying to make the guest feel at home and responsive all the time. The villa is very good for the price and especially for about 12-14 people though it can use some improvements with the furniture, but overall a very nice and homely place which is totally worth the price for a big group. A good supermarket is very close and also good neighbors. It was our first visit to Armenia and we loved it. The city and the people are amazing and Gevorg is definitely a fantastic guy. We are already thinking of going back there.

Artson #5, Luxury King Bed with a Private Bathroom

NataliaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I can't complain. Everything was exactly like described. Room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was traditional and very tasty. Area is quite and safe, owners are very bice people. Owner Artur, absolutely beautiful man, he was waiting for us in airport more than an hour, because our flight was delayed. He did say or showed any concern about it, and it was 2 am. So, overall, everything was great. Price/value, area safe and quite, people around very nice. I will definitely recommend this place, this house and this owner. Thank you so much.

Few days more and I would never leave the stay. The family is really really friendly, i stayed with Mariam’s mother and her brother. It feels like I was adopted by Mariam’s mom. About the stay, it’s like you visit your relatives. You will get a room and stay there with them. You can also park your car/motorcycle on their property. I really recommend to stay here the neighbourhood is also safe. I wish them the best they are really good people and I thank them for the stay and being a part of an Armenian family.

Machanents Guesthouse

ChiaraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This guesthouse/hotel is the centre of the community and of Armenian culture. It's full of life and has extremely hospitable and friendly staff. We had a great time, and also dined at the restaurant inside couple of times: fabulous food! I would strongly reccomend staying here instead of Yerevan, as it's so peacful and far away from city streets and noise. Also usefult to avoid traffic and easy reach for vehicles to bring you to all the main attractions.
