Apartment holiday rentals in Armenia

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

Very nice place to stay, the host definitely put effort to make it feels like home. Spend a while in the small garden is always refreshing. It is more ideal for a slightly longer stay due to the 25-30min ride to the city center. The peaceful and quiet community is also worth mentioning.

This was a perfect place for our 6-week stay in Yerevan. Great location and value. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and general layout of the apartment. It gets a lot of natural light. Hope to come back!

Very quiet place, sort of hidden from the street, extremely convenient if you want to visit and explore Yerevan. Literally steps away from any sightseeing attractions. Sara and Eric are great hosts, very helpful and are an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The apartment itself is very clean, very comfortable, has everything a tourist can think of. It has a lot of natural light and we really appreciated that it was so quiet. Overall, just a perfect experience, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Yerevan!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Host was incredibly responsive. The condo exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the design of the condo was exquisite. I will be staying here every time I visit Armenia.

Det är två värdar varav en av dem är vår kontaktperson som är lättillgänglig via chatt och samtal. När något uppstått har vi varit i kontakt och det har inte varit några konstigheter. Värden har uppskattat att vi meddelat och varit i kontakt under vistelsen när det har behövts. Lägenheten är välutrustad med kökstillbehör och rengöringsprodukter. AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

Nos quedamos una noche en Yoga home. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Alexsei fue comunicativo y André, quien nos recibió un genio. Nos explicó todo y además charlamos con un café de por medio. Muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Hay dos baños compartidos también grandes y una cocina completa. Además jardín con vistas increíbles y una atmosfera muy interesante por la gente y talleres que se dan en la casa.

The place really felt like home, its cosy, stylish and most importantly very efficient as a location, price and value. Would definitely book it again for my next trip!

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Thank you so much for the extra mile, for the generosity and kindness of your family. May the Lord bless you even more!

Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!

Everything was perfect. The bathroom, the view, everything was nice. Totally recommended!!

Замечательная уютная и просторная квартира, есть все необходимое и даже больше) в доме к нашему приезду были подготовлены полотенца, постельное белье, новые зубные щетки в упаковках, зубная паста, шампунь - словом, все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Вокруг огромное количество разных магазинов с великолепным разнообразием продуктов. Ованес - очень отзывчивый и добрый человек, один из лучших хостов у которых я бывал - постоянно был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами. Огромное спасибо!

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Arpine was a very gracious host. She was very responsive to all communication. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Yerevan.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The views were stunning, and the design was so stylish and cozy. Communication was super smooth. Highly recommend!

Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town. Restaurants, spa and main sights - all reachable within walking distance :) Thanks to Karina once again for the nice stay we had :)
