Karine’s whole family could not have been more hospitable and warm during my stay! I was only in Yeghegnadzor for a brief stay, but I was welcomed very warmly and even offered to join for dinner—an exceptionally welcome gesture. This spot is peaceful, beautifully scenic, and home to some of the kindest hosts I’ve had the privilege to stay with, and I’d highly recommend their home!

A fantastic fantastic place. Loved my time here and I couldn’t fault literally one thing in this guesthouse. Facilities superb (Wifi, bed, shower, kitchen, desk in room all excellent). Hrach is also a super helpful host who picked me up at the train station and let me stay in the room for a few extra hours. Extremely happy I chose this place!

Lovely guest house, nice hosts. You can sit in the yard. There is a kitchen for guests, a shower toilet for two rooms in good condition, everything is also in order in the room. I recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful house away from the city - quiet, cozy and very close to the observation point with a panorama from a height. The house has everything you need for relaxation, bedding, shower accessories, all utensils. We really enjoyed our stay at Levon's cabin, we recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed by Aram. Very clean and functional cottage, in a quiet and peaceful location. We parked our vehicle right next to the lodge. The photos fully reflect the place. We would definitely recommend this place.

As described if not better. Was a very nice home, and a great host, always responsive any time of day or night and quick to answer any questions. Look forward to going back and staying there again

Everything went great! We met with a large group in Armenia, this house gave us the opportunity to see everyone with family and friends! The location of the house is very convenient, especially if you want to visit all the sights of Armenia, everything is close. Pleasant owners of the house, very responsive. I advise everyone to ask about guest towels in advance with the hosts, we arrived without them, but we managed to solve the problem and they brought them to us! Everyone was very satisfied ♥️

Lovely place to stay, in a fenced area there is a large orchard. The place is very cozy, has everything you need and even a Netflix subscription;-) Friendly and helpful hosts!

Harut and his wife were fantastic hosts. Plenty of room. The outdoor seating area by the grill is great. The sauna followed by a cold plunge in the pool at night was probably our favorite part. I would definitely come back again and stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arthur and Ali's place! The house is located in a quiet and clean area of Yerevan, away from noisy roads. There is a wonderful blooming garden on the plot (mid-April is an especially good time for admiring flowers). The apartment is very, very clean and cozy; the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (I would probably only add a couple more small soap). The bedroom has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, it was nice to sleep in such a cozy place. There are plenty of towels in the closet, and the bathroom has everything from toothbrushes and soap to rags and cleaning supplies! Alya and Arthur are wonderful hosts, never had any issues, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions and shared even what we didn't expect at all - for example, Alya allowed use of the oven and treated herbs from her garden. Super nice host, super awesome house, beauty host not only picked us up in person in town, but also helped us upgrade the luxury suite for free, delivered fruit and pomegranate juice, really very recommendable residence!

The place was excellent, really clean and beautiful. it was also really close to everything around the city. Thank you so much to Gagik for being an incredible host throught my stay there.
