Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thank you to Jean Marc and Mané who welcomed us very well. The apartment was very clean, well located in the center of Yerevan. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, we were able to do everything on foot.

Marina is an available host. The accommodation is clean and smells good. Everything is available to feel at home. I recommend this accommodation for outings in Yerevan.

The apartment is big, clean, equipped with everything a tourist might need. 20 minutes walk to the Opera .You could find a large amount of water in big bottles, for the case if is no water. I appreciated it very much, becose in Tbilisi it was no water for entire day, and was no supply in the place I stayed at. Mariana is a great host, she provided me taxi at 4 am at arriving, for departure too. Thank You Mariana, You are the Best!

Very cosy place in Yerevan! Loft apartment located Next to French University and a close walk to Victory Monument, around 5-10 mins. Very clean place, everything very tidy and great effort made before guest arrives to be presented homely. Has satellite TV, for relaxing, many channels. Host is very hospitable, left welcome gift and available for when help needed, speaking English. Large table, that is great for working/studying from. Internet is stable, fast, consistent. Great location, walking to cascade and then the center of Yerevan. Supermarkets nearby for shopping, supplies. Wonderful view out of the window, of Yerevan. Light is good also, coming in during the day. It is quiet, and peaceful, for good nights sleeping, resting, relaxing. I would recommend this place strongly - for cosy stay with privacy in Yerevan. You can see Ararat from the window!! The place is very central has good sound protection so any noise from the outside doesn’t reach you. The flat is stylish, clean and convenient with all amenities. Enjoyed the communication and guidance from Michael. Loved every bit.

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, super clean, and really cozy. The building is brand new, and the apartment felt very fresh and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Yerevan. It felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was friendly, responsive, and made self check-in super easy. I really appreciated their quick replies to my questions.

Great and spacious apartment. 5 minutes walk to Republic Square, 10 mins to Opera House, 7 mins to North Avenue. Team is very responsive and proactive - we requested baby crib and baby chair - both were provided before our check in.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

Ultra Flat, Ulta Vibe, super Host!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Wonderful apartment, close to the center and yet in a quite quiet neighborhood. Within a walking distance from the main sights, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Margarita is very hospitable, went to meet with a very early check-in, and also to extend her stay for another day. The apartment is very nice, large, you can see that everything is done and furnished as for yourself, with a soul. Thank you very much, the trip to Yerevan became even better thanks to a stop in such a cozy place!
