A cabin near the Yerevan Reservoir. The second floor of the house, not connected to the first floor, the entrance is only separate from the yard. A large veranda. Furniture is new, bathroom with new plumbing, air conditioning. There is no new appliances in the photo - fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine. You can relax in the gazebo by the lake. There are vineyards and apricot trees around. there is also a barbecue that you can use too. Near the house there is a minibus stop that goes to the center, by taxi to the center in 10 minutes.

A modern living area features a dark sectional couch accented with yellow cushions. Framed artwork adorns the green walls, and a circular clock is displayed. Natural light brightens the space, which includes a wooden entry door and a plant by the couch.

You can easily get to the center by taxi. We offer brand new comfortable rooms for your stay . Kitchen , co-working space, shared laundry We've hosted our guests since February 2022. Guests can use free Wi-Fi and private parking on the premises.

Lovely one-bedroom apartment in a quiet and peaceful area, 1.8 km from Republic Square. Separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen, parking under security cameras and all amenities for good rest. If you wish, the hosts are ready to provide additional services(organization of tours,transfer to the airport for additional prepayment).
