Completely off grid however with all of today’s modern comforts. Enjoy the night sky and bush surrounds, have a soak in the outdoor bath which boasts perhaps the best view in the New England. It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.

Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit
Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

Bag End
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Approximately 7 km/10min to the Armidale CBD, this self contained granny flat is set on an acre of garden with large shady trees, with an open northern view to quintessential New England countryside. Just off the highway on a quiet country road with an easy walk or bike ride to and along the Tilbuster Pond, leading on to the Armidale Pine Forest. The granny flat is connected to the main house but has it's own separate entry.

The "Reynella" Hut
"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Garden Shed
This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
