The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

"The Valley" Studio Cottage is a unique well-appointed piece of paradise. The studio is finished with recycled, repurposed, reimagined & salvaged materials It's a place to unwind, enjoy the peace and quiet and gaze at the natural sky colours that Kentucky is drenched in. 17km on sealed rd from the buzzy town of Uralla where you will find a range of good food eateries, entertainment & supermarket. We are dog friendly, however we don't welcome any aggressive dogs . Horses welcome on request.

Situated on our small horse & cattle property which is conveniently located near the Guyra Golf Course and the Guyra Bowling Club (who provides a free shuttle bus service) & only 2kms from local Shops, Cafes & Hotels. A perfect relaxing stopover for individuals & couples or short stays whilst visiting Guyra & surrounds. The homestead is also available for families or groups on request.

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
