Room of 35 m² with kitchen, living room, sleeping area, bathroom and toilet. Welcome to "Chez Val ", My studio is attached to my house. Everything is new and I made it a point to make it a warm place for a pleasant stopover. It has a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping is comfortable thanks to a new sofa bed with a 14 cm Simmons mattress. Parking space on site (the gate is closed and secure). The environment is quiet, 2 km from the northern exit of Villefranche and 1 km from the city center.

The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.
