This lovely self contained 1 bedroom guesthouse is situated at the rear of our garden and has private side access. The location is close to Sydney CBD and is approximately 15-17 minute walk to the light rail stop (Dulwich Hill). There is a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk away which will take you to Dulwich Hill station, Newtown and the City. Please note the train station is currently closed due to Metro upgrade. Expected opening late 2025. The property is not suitable for infants or children

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. David is a great host, very caring and tried his best to accommodate to my needs in checking in and checking out so I don’t have to go to the airport 6 hours ahead. He helped me carried my 30kg suitcase all the way to the third floor! I enjoyed talking with David and loved seeing his music workshop and listening to his music! Will definitely stay at David’s apartment again if I visit Sydney another time!
