There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

The house lies close to the forest with almost a "guarantee" of seeing wildlife outside the window. Private bathroom lies in a house close by: 50 meters/160 feet. Here, you will also find a shared washing machine and shared gym. Obs! In witer, there is a chance of the hill down to the house being slippery with snow and ice

There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

The farm is also located close to Oslo airport (20 min) which makes it the ideal location. Carport with electric car charger, is available. When you are standing at the sign Tellusvegen 17-19 and looking down towards the shop (where you came from), 3rd place is mine. See unmarking in photo. There is a note inside the carport that says Air BNB. Otherwise, all marked spaces outside are available and free for guests.
