Au rez-de-chaussée, vous disposerez d'une agréable pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, espace repas et salon au coin du feu, une chambre double, salle d'eau (cabine de douche, vasque, bidet), WC indépendant et buanderie. A l'étage : vous aurez accès à un coin détente/lecture/télétravail sur la mezzanine, 2 chambres doubles, une chambre de 4 personnes (4 lits simples dont 2 lits pouvant être rapprochés en lit double), salle de bain (baignoire + vasque + WC). A l'extérieur, vous profiterez d'une grande terrasse couverte avec barbecue, salon de jardin, salon détente, transats, balançoire et jacuzzi à partir du 15 mars (avec supplément et sur réservation). Le terrain clos permet de garer 4 véhicules. Dans le garage, profitez du baby-foot et de la table de ping-pong en toutes saisons. Chauffage et électricité inclus dans la limite d'une consommation normale (relevé de compteur arrivée/départ d'octobre à avril) - bois offert pour la cheminée. Les lits seront faits à l'arrivée. Dans un petit village calme, aux pieds du vignoble de Champagne et de Bourgogne, à 10 minutes de Chaource et des Riceys, venez séjourner dans ce charmant gite décoré avec goût et bien pensé pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Dans le village, vous aurez l'occasion de visiter des producteurs locaux : fromage de chèvre, élevage de volailles, foie gras.

Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Ideally located near Lake Orient Forest, many activities are offered. We even created a game room to keep the kids entertained if necessary! You can also easily discover the region with the historic center of Troyes, the outlet stores, the Nigloland amusement park...

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
