With a south and north view of the sea from the apartment's windows, and the entire neighborhood is totally residential, calm and quiet, making it a peaceful and hospitable accommodation. Private garage next to the condominium entrance hall. The entire kitchen with custom-made furniture to better accommodate guests. Sinta-se em casa.

We are only 50 meters from the dunes, where nature is preserved. Next to it, we have the Tupancy Municipal Park, where the restinga forest is preserved, and wild animals can be easily spotted.
