Bonito estudio con vistas al mar y montaña..

Bonito estudio totalmente amueblado y con unas vistas estupendas al mar y a la montaña. El estudio se encuentra a diez mins caminando de la playa. Esta completamente dotado para tres personas. Consta de un sofa- cama de matrimonio amplio y cómodo, además de una cama para dos personas abatible. También tiene baño y cocina independiente y una terraza estupenda para desayunar,comer y cenar si apetece. Además tiene recepción para cualquier duda. ¡Perfecto para unos días de relax en la costa del sol!

Moderno estudio en Benalmádena recientemente reformado, primera planta con ascensor, ideal para parejas, cerca del Parque de La Paloma y de la playa. Complejo con piscinas (consultar fechas y horarios de apertura) , amplias zonas de césped y arbolado para que puedas refrescarte y relajarte bajo el sol. Cercano a bares, restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, gimnasio, pista de patinaje sobre hielo, lavanderías... Parada de autobús y taxis frente al edificio y estación de tren a 15 min. andando.

J'ai passé 21 jours dans le studio de Lidia. Celui-ci était très propre, les meubles étaient de bonne qualité et le matelas confortable. La cuisine était petite et fonctionnelle, mais suffisante lorsqu'il s'agit de cuisiner des plats simples ou de faire réchauffer des mets préparés. Le studio est situé dans un secteur très animé, mais le bruit de la circulation s'éteint lorsque la porte fenêtre est fermée. La gare de train et plusieurs circuits d'autobus sont accessibles à pied, de même qu'un supermarché, des fruiteries, boucheries, poissonneries, restaurants, bar à tapas, etc. C'est très pratique lorsqu'on n'a pas d'auto. Bref, j'ai bien apprécié mon séjour dans le studio de Lidia et je le recommanderais volontiers à une personne seule ou à un couple qui apprécient vivre en ville, se déplacent à pied ou en transport en commun, mangent souvent à l'extérieur et ne vont pas trop souvent à la plage.

Erstmal zur Unterkunft: wunderschön. Super schöne Wohnung, Gott sei dank mit Klimagerät. Arantxa war immer super gut zu erreichen und sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die gegen ist sehr im Mittelpunkt also war alles zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder 🇪🇸🌴🌞🌺

Bright 1BR apt near the sea | Aguila

The apartment has been beautifully refurbished and brought right up to date as if it were a new build property especially the kitchen and bathroom which were both spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils if you want to self cater, both large and small supermarkets, butchers and bakery are just 5 minutes walk away as are a large variety of bars and restaurants and it's a 15 minute walk to the beach. Good size balcony with sun shade canopy seating 4 people. The apartment block has very large well maintained communial gardens so great to sit or sunbathe in. The swimming pool area is lovely but can get busy as it is shared with the block next door and there's a small 3 Euro charge for sunbeds. Easy self check in as there's a 24 hour front desk so it doesn't matter what time you arrive. Inna was proactive with communiaction throughout and checked everything was ok for me the day after I arrived. Recommended and good value for money.
