House with interior completely renovated in May 2024, comprising on the ground floor a spacious kitchen open to a 35 m2 living room with sofa bed as well as a laundry area and toilet. Upstairs, you can enjoy a shower room as well as 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. Parking space is available in front. The house is easily accessible from the A72, 32 minutes from Saint-Étienne, 22 minutes from Montbrison, 5 minutes from Boen-sur-Lignon.

A terrace for relaxing, for your barbecues and aperitifs. A play area with slide and swing is available for the little ones.
