Modern suite with river views

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.

Our "Shepherds hut" cooking facilities, wood fireplace, tv screen for dvd's(no WiFi), books for entertainment and homegrown walnuts to crack. Soak in the outdoor bath. Two bikes provided and a gold pan to take down to the river.
