Holiday rentals with a patio in Arthurs Seat

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

It is a lovely apartment in a pleasant location and furnished very attractively. I had thought we would have a water view but maybe I didn't study the photos carefully. You have to drive to most cafes and restaurants but there is one excellent business just across the way. Check-in was rather confusing, The key is in a lock box which is fine, except that the lock box is in an odd location and hidden by bushes. Nevertheless we found it. I would be happy to stay there again.

Fantastic place for our families to meet up and spend time exploring Mornington Peninsula. Very well equipped pad. I’m a travel writer so review ALOT of varying accommodations from villas through to hotels across the globe. This pad is everything you need for a comfortable, restful stay, a home away from home! We’ll be back.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. From the moment you arrive and walk upstairs you are greeted with the most amazing view from an outstanding house in a quiet location. 4 great size bedrooms with comfy beds and linen, bathrooms with everything you need and a kitchen with a view. Sina was amazing and incredibly responsive. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday.

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

Amazing 180 degree view of Port Phillip Bay. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Very tidy and clean house. Shan was very helpful, gave very clear instructions and responded quickly to any questions. Great house for kids with big enclosed garden and second living room. Would definitely use again!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
