Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

Welcome to the Domaine du Moulin de la Plaine: an enclosed and wooded park of 3 ha by the Loir with cottages and bed and breakfasts, swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, pétanque, bikes... discreetly shared with our family. You will be charmed by this former 55m2 gate guard house, renovated in 2025, located at the entrance to the estate. You will find a lounge area, dining room and kitchen, shower room with wc, two bedrooms upstairs, gardenette with table and barbecue.

You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Discover our charming house in the heart of the Ronsard country, ideal for nature and history lovers. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Manoir de la Possonnière, birthplace of Pierre de Ronsard, this house offers a peaceful setting. 500 m away, find the center of the village with its shops: bakery, tobacco and grocery store. You can also enjoy a private pond 500 m away for free fishing. A haven of serenity for an authentic stay.

Converted barn

Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a dwelling house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the library of comics and graphic novels. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main dwelling, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some embellishment work to be done.

✨ We are proud to introduce you to our cave house, the result of three years of renovation. You will enjoy a cocooning atmosphere thanks to the Berber carpet, the beautiful fabrics and efficient heating. We wanted to create a unique atmosphere, conducive to travel, thanks to objects found in Nepal, Morocco, Vietnam and Laos.
