Our bright cozy guest cottage in Arundel has a quaint private deck, with a separate firepit area on a .50 acre property lined with tall pines and oaks that back onto grassy fields. It is conveniently located 1 mile from Kennebunk shops, banks, and hardware stores. 4 miles from Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, and 5 miles from Gooch’ beach. Chickens, ducks and geese wander free range on the open grounds of our farm set in woods inhabited by much wildlife. The separate guests’ space is large but quaint. A dedicated side entry assures your privacy. We are a ten minute drive to (seasonally) lively Dock Square, Kennebunkport, and the beaches and fine dining of the Kennebunks.

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

Amazing Cottage in Beautiful Private Community!

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and had a great location. we were able to comfortably explore all of southern Maine with an awesome home base. The pool and community center was clean and enjoyed by the kids thoroughly. The hosts were responsive with any questions and welcomed us warmly. If we were to come back, we would 100% stay here and recommend to all our family and friends. thank you Kevin and Marisa!

Little Spruce cottage was a beautiful home to stay the week in Maine. There were a couple hiccups (propane needed), but Vacasa took care of it as soon as possible. We were close to all we wanted to do in southern Maine and loved the location. The home was decorated tastefully and I really appreciated not having to wash sheets and towels at the end of the stay. I would stay there again in the future. Love Maine!

James' place was the perfect spot to spend MDW with my friend. The location was absolutely perfect, a short drive to the beach. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of towels, waters in the fridge, toiletries, etc. Not to mention, it was spotless. I was able to bring my dog, who also felt right at home. There was some confusion when checking in and the hosts responded so quickly and resolved my issue immediately. We cannot wait to come back and visit and hope to stay here again.

We loved the Bungalow, it was just right for 2 people. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watch the Brook, it was beautiful by day and the sound of the Brook at night was peaceful. The birds were just lovely too, all kinds. We also would watch the Brook go to high tide and then low tide. The Bungalow had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer if needed. We definitely would like to stay again on our next getaway. 😁
