Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Here you are close to beautiful nature trails, golf course and attractions such as Peterson-Bergers Sommarhagen and Frösö Park SPA. It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA can be found 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Annex at Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Fridfullt naturområde där du kan ta en promenad. Uteplats med markis, grill och solstolar. Bil är bra att ha eftersom det är 3 km till närmaste buss. Parkering finns alldeles utanför huset, uttag för motorvärmare. Städning mot extra avgift.

The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi (open may - december) and a wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

Många som bott hos oss påpekar lugnet/tystnaden. Vi har även en pålande bäck som rinner intill stugan som skapar ett lugnande ljud som våra gäster påpekat och tycker om. WiFi finns i stugan. Stuga ligger på vår hustomt med trevlig belägenhet 15 min biltur från Östersund. Stugan har 2 enkel sängar (se foton) och en bäddsoffa. Eget kök, dusch/toalett. Golvvärme. Parkering på vår uppfart.
