Nice cottage fully equipped including charging box. The cottage has two floors with a built-in garage. The cottage is located about 50 meters from the slope and about 300 meters from the cross-country ski trail. From the cottage, you can easily get via the lift system in Storhogna to the lift system in Klövsjö. The cross-country trails take you either up the mountain or to Vemdalens trail center. You have about 700 meters to Storhogna Högfjällshotell and about 1200 meters to the activity house M from the cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

House-trained dogs and cats allowed. A staircase that can be experienced as steep to its own entrance. The apartment is not suitable for small children. There are no safety locks on the windows. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guests clean up after themselves. 2 parking spaces with engine heater outlet. There is a washing machine and drying rack. No TV.

The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Perfect location for outdoor activities – snowmobile trail 400 meters away, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and beautiful waterfalls nearby. Skiing in Vemdalsskalet (7 km), Björnrike (18 km) and Klövsjö-Storhogna (20 km).

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
