Newly-built cottage with magical location at Svartåstjärn in Sweden's most beautiful village, Klövsjö. Outside the large window sections, you have the lake where you can fish all year round & swim in the summer. There are both grayling, trout, rainbow trout & whitefish all year round. Boat rental is available. If you want to go skiing, Klövsjö ski area is right across the lake (about 600-700 meters) or 900 meters by road. Cross-country trails are at the top and also below. New this year is a ski pass for SEK 395 in Klövsjö instead of SEK 629 as it costs in the rest of Vemdalen!

Cabin in Storhogna with Ski in/out

Nice cottage fully equipped including charging box. The cottage has two floors with a built-in garage. The cottage is located about 50 meters from the slope and about 300 meters from the cross-country ski trail. From the cottage, you can easily get via the lift system in Storhogna to the lift system in Klövsjö. The cross-country trails take you either up the mountain or to Vemdalens trail center. You have about 700 meters to Storhogna Högfjällshotell and about 1200 meters to the activity house M from the cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

Apartment upstairs. 3 rooms & kitchen. Easy to find, the accommodation is located right next to the E45, 5 minutes north of Åsarna. You can hear the traffic from the road. Sleeps 4. House-trained dogs and cats allowed. A staircase that can be experienced as steep to its own entrance. The apartment is not suitable for small children. There are no safety locks on the windows. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guests clean up after themselves. 2 parking spaces with engine heater outlet. There is a washing machine and drying rack. No TV.

About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

På sommaren har du naturen precis utanför med massor av härliga vandrings och cykelleder! 5 min gångavstånd till mataffär, restaurang, bowling och skidshop vid Storhogna M. 15 min gångavstånd till Storhogna fjällhotell med lyxigt spa och två restauranger.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
