Great communication and accurate information from Emma for checkin and checkout. Property exactly as per listing and sparkling clean on checkin. Not far from the city and has nearby train station with a park and go option or within walking distance.

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

The Unit was so convenient walking distance to the heart of the city and mainly the 360 Viet from the whole living space .. that's the main thing caught my eye and its beautiful unit ..

This place was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again! You can tell it’s been recently renovated. Everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. It is a fantastic location close to some amazing shops, eateries, bars etc The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was extremely kind when I locked myself out of the building. Absolutely fantastic stay! I highly recommend you book here!

What an outstanding apartment and host! The apartment has absolutely stunning views across the Brisbane River to the CBD, which looks spectacular at night. The apartment has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and is in walking distance of South Bank and the CBD. The underground car park is a huge plus if you're travelling by car and Will kindly offered early access to the car park after the previous guests checked out, so I was able to park up and explore the area on foot until check-in time (which was also available earlier than scheduled). Will provides very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out processes and is quick to respond to questions. The only criticisms I can make is if you're a light sleeper (like me), the noise from the trains and the air conditioning might be slightly annoying, but you'd probably get used to these after 2-3 nights and forget about them.

We had a wonderful stay - spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, just behind James Street with great shops, cafes and restaurants. Freda and her team were fantastic to deal with, and Rob the Building Manager was incredibly helpful with check-in and local tips. Would definitely stay again!

A local stay that felt like we escaped miles away into the bush. Peaceful surroundings and little luxurious touches such as a beautiful big bath and a gorgeous fireplace. If you’re looking for a romantic escape where everything you need is on hand , you can enjoy home-cooked meals, morning cuppa on a Sunlet veranda, and feel like you’re truly able to relax then this is the place for you.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and clearly very thoughtfully put together. For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

In this area at this price I would say look no further! A lot of Airbnbs in this 2km radius have lots of negative comments about train noises - Amy’s flat however is in the perfect location and it is so quiet - you honestly don’t hear anything. Everything we needed was available and Amy was very responsive. The baby high chair and cot worked so well for us, and our toddlers enjoyed the space; however we were a bit concerned about the very larger mirror potentially falling or breaking as it didn’t look like it was secured to the wall. Overall a great stay and would book here again.

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.
