This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & the best scene for miles awaits you on the 3rd floor living area. Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

The Chirpy Chalet~ Peace & Quiet~No Cleaning Fees!

The Chirpy Chalet has 2br/1ba on 3+ wooded acres. Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We are an easy one-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees (*except for nastily excessive messes), and no chores for you to do! Very relaxing place to chill. 🙂

The open floor plan & wrap around outdoor deck lends itself for an awesome gathering place for family and friends. Sleeps 6-8 with three bedrooms offering queen beds and a bonus sofa sleeper in living area, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course & seasonal views of the lake.
