We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Garden flat located in Central Bristol, with double bedroom and huge, comfy king size bed. The flat is in within easy walking distance to university, centre of town and lots of local amenities. The self contained flat, with private entrance, is part of our family home and also access to the garden for two cats. There are cat flaps in the locked door to the main house and in the kitchen door to the garden.
