The apartment has everything you need to make this a real home-from-home.

Located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and in the only central area with free parking on the surrounding streets. It is set back from the longest street of independent shops in the UK, with every type of restaurant right on your doorstep. An 8 minute flat walk takes you to the vibrant area of Stokes Croft, Montpelier and St. Pauls, leading on to the city centre and the Harbourside!

The Vault
The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
