It is surrounded by four white-walled storehouses built in the Edo period and four gardens. It has been gradually renovated and revitalized (currently in the process of revitalization), including the white plaster walls and natural Kenji-ji bamboo fences.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden. Goyangseop is a lodging where seven cats and one puppy live together. ***In particular, Ga-eul Forest is an accommodation for two people where you can stay with your cat, so it is not suitable for those who do not like cats (you can feed or water your cat depending on the situation^^). They are gentle and follow people well. It includes a private private deck where you can enjoy a barbecue and fire pit even in the rain (please bring firewood or buy it at the accommodation). Loft on top of a machiya

This is a unique loft space on top of a rare 3 floors machiya located on the central island of Kyoto. On the top floor of HASU former ryokan, we have designed an ensuite appartement with 2 rooms that are like 2 small houses. One room is located on the East side, and the other on the West side, they both have their own shower. The house was renovated in 2020 in order to offer an authentic experience in an ancient ryokan, with a contemporary comfort.
