You can rent a villa with a large terrace overlooking Yatsugatake and stay as if it were your own vacation home. This is a convenient mountain villa located 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway interchange. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car. We recommend coming by your own car or by rental car from Chino Station. In winter, please come with a 4WD vehicle and winter tires. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can stay comfortably. You can chop wood yourself and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warmer seasons, you can also enjoy a BBQ on the large wooden deck in front of the sun room. There are two large supermarkets within a 10-minute drive, making it easy to get groceries. Including the chic two-bedroom area and the loft above the living room, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. We welcome long stays of 5 nights or more. We renovated a two-story storehouse built in the Edo period and turned it into a guest house. It's not very large, but it retains the atmosphere of a traditional earthen-walled storehouse, with thick beams and more. There's a kitchen on the first floor with an IH cooking heater.Fully air-conditioned on the 1st and 2nd floors for a comfortable stay.You can experience the sound insulation, the coolness of the summer, and the warmth of winter. There is a sauna facility about 5 minutes away by car, Anekawa Onsen about 15 minutes away, and Kita-Omi-no-Yu about 20 minutes away.
