Exceptional Kindness & A Truly Relaxing Getaway ! My stay was fantastic, thanks largely to the wonderful host, Anne. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I booked until I left, always making sure I had everything I needed but never intrusive. The house was a haven… so peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully set up for relaxation. It was exactly the calming escape I was looking for. I felt completely at home and recharged. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and am already talking about when I can return! Thank you, Anne, for your amazing hospitality and for creating such a special place.

Trond is a really nice host and was very helpful. We really enjoyed staying in his small appartement. We went to Oslo by bike which was very nice due to the good bikelanes.

Fantastic view from the Window. Loved the room and paintings on the wall of north norwegian mountains. The color of the walls and art really made the ocen view come together to a quite magic atmosphere. Gunn Lisbeth was very friendly. The appartment had everything we needed (some might need an oven). Bathroom was also really nice. Best AirBnb stay I have had. Highly recomended!

The communication with the host is very smooth and prompt. The scenery around the accommodation is good, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus, so transportation is good, and the grocery store is close, so I highly recommend it.

Eskils house is beautiful and such a gem to find. We had a lovely stay as a family of 6 and it was the perfect size and very well equipped for us. The sea views from the windows are spectacular and it was really special to go swimming every morning in the sea from the beach at the bottom of the garden. Fantastic outdoor spaces to sit and eat/hang out too. Eskil himself was very helpful and flexible host and made our stay very easy! 100% recommend this place :)

We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the close connection to nature. Everything was set up for a stress-free and comfortable stay – a big thank you to Truls, who was a wonderful host and made sure everything worked smoothly from start to finish. Fast and stable internet made it easy to work efficiently, and all the practical details were thoughtfully in place. Private parking right by the house was also a big plus and made logistics simple. In addition, options for public transport was easily accessible, a short walk to the bus or an efficient boat service directly from Vollen to Aker Brygge in Oslo – practical and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely place and a great experience – we’d be happy to return!

Brand new place, great location and kind host.

It is a spacious appartement indeed, with a nice view. We found it very easy to travel to Oslo. And it was nice to have a reserved parking space in front.

Ann-Marie is a welcoming and thoughtful host. She provided us with detailed information about which bus to catch and she even picked us up from the bus stop and gave us a tour of the area. We arrived late evening on a Sunday and Ann-Britt drove us to the shop to buy groceries. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is equipped with everything you need and it feels cosy and welcoming as well as luxurious. Ann-Marie took time to explain where everything was and answer any questions about the apartment and places to visit. Sitting on the beautiful balcony amongst the plants, enjoying the sunshine, birdsong and fresh coffee was a wonderful start to the morning. We stayed up until the early hours every night to enjoy the view from the picture window. Ann-Britt thoughtfully provided robes, towels and swim shoes for guests to use so we were able to enjoy refreshing swims 5 minutes walk from the flat. I would absolutely recommend. A wonderful host. Very pleasant stay, very well maintained and clean house. No amenities were missing. There were even toys available for children. The neighborhood is idyllic with a beach and a small marina.
