Welcome to well-maintained, lovely villa in central Hovås, 500 meters to Nya Hovås with restaurants and bus communications to Gothenburg! There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the plot where the bus goes to Gothenburg with a change. To the sea you can go by car in five minutes or a quarter of a walk! Gothenburg Golf Course is a stone's throw away! In other words, you're close to EVERYTHING! If you still want to stay at home, there is a cozy plot with patio, barbecue and hot tub! Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.

This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.
