Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Modern living in separate annex close to the nature with lake. Bus connections to the city. Separate parking space. For a smaller fee you can charge your veichle. The apartment is in a separate building from the main house. The upper level of the annex/garage has is neat and reached by a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher and a recently built kitchen. Convenient check in with code lock. Towels and sheets included.

We're in a quiet residential area with excellent road and public communications. Here you have grocery store and other amenities within walking distance. By bus or tram you can easily reach central Gothenburg in 15 minutes and the sea, with bath and ferry boats that gives you quick access to the archipelago. We hope to make you feel comfortable and at home!
